What are Crane Pendants?
Crane Pendant station is a hand operated wired control mechanism for controlling overhead cranes.
A multi core cable is attached from the pendant to the control panel.
At the press of a switch , the contactor is operated in the control panel which provides power to the motors.
A pendant can control many number of motions of the crane with the help of buttons including an Emergency Stop Button.

Key Engineering Features
- IP65 weatherproof and dustproof: high-grade neoprene gaskets protect internal microswitches against rain, moisture and industrial dust.
- Mechanical interlocking: opposite direction buttons (up/down, left/right) are mechanically interlocked to prevent simultaneous energisation.
- Laser-engraved legend inserts: high-visibility international crane directional symbols that do not fade over time.
Selection Guide: Single Speed vs Dual Speed
Single speed: best for standard direct-on-line (DOL) contactor hoists where the
crane moves at a constant design speed.
Dual speed (two-step): step 1 activates creeping/inching speed for precision load
positioning; step 2 engages full speed for rapid transit.
